The main bath of this 1900 farmhouse was in need of an upgrade. The homeowners had a clear vision for this space with the wainscotting, ceramic tile floor, and the reused vintage pendants. Here is how we helped:
– Demoed original bath
– Updated plumbing, HVAC, and electrical
– Helped select and sourced product
– Repaired drywall where needed and repainted
– Installed new black and white ceramic tile floor
– Installed shower tile with corian shelves for storage
– Installed wainscotting tile behind vanity and toilet
– Installed new wainscotting
– Installed all new plumbing fixtures in Brushed Nickel
– Installed vanity cabinet, accessories, mirror, and vintage pendants
– Reinstalled casing and base
