ABOUT PROJECT

The existing kitchen in this 1948 home had only one wall of cabinetry, was too dark with only one window, and wasn’t properly utilizing the square footage.
The homeowners wanted to add a patio door to the outside. We also moved the window to allow for it to be centered over the new sink placement. By adding an entire wall of cabinetry, we were able to add a dishwasher, and give the stove and refrigerator a proper home, all while still allowing for an eating table!

Here are some of the other ways we helped:
– Removed chimney and reframed
– Moved and updated electrical, plumbing and HVAC where needed
– Updated insulation, installed drywall, and painted
– Installed new LVT floors (Color: Monument Stone, Wheatfield)
– Planned, sourced, and installed all new cabinetry (Color: Maple Buckskin)
– Installed new quartz countertops (Color: Valor Gold)
– Installed all new plumbing fixtures and appliances
– Installed lighting underneath cabinets and shelves
– Helped select, source, and install cabinet handles and backsplash tile

(Patio/door landing to be added later.)
