We live in a house built in 1902, a small charming house that came with a peculiar little room between the dining and family rooms. We wanted to remodel it. Three different contractors came and looked at the challenge, took measurements and never called back; then we found Curt Dimmig and Time 2 Remodel®. Curt came, listened carefuly, made his own measurements and came back with a very reasonable bid which we quickly accepted. Curt’s crew executed the job with care and precision. All were skilled, responsive craftsmen. We made some changes along the way and Curt and crew responded to each of these gracefully and skillfully. There was a lot of detailing in this small space and we were especially impressed with the care Time 2 Remodel® took to make sure all of this was well attended to from the choice and execution of the plumbing, electric and paint to the careful matching of woodwork and stain to blend with the rest of our 110 year old home. We just wanted to take a minute to thank you again for all that you did for our “new” house. The holidays were amazing. We don’t do a lot of entertaining, mainly just family. The difference was very noticeable though. Having the kitchen and dining areas so open, plus no longer having the support posts, made it so that it never felt crowded even when the house was full of people. The best part was being able to have lots of people in the kitchen helping me yet there was always enough room and it never felt cramped.
Since the kitchen has been done, our food has been more delicious. I think it is because we enjoy the kitchen so much, we are taking more time in preparing and experimenting with new and old recipes. We love the design, finishes and the new spacious feeling. Thank you and we look forward to working with you in the future.
