ABOUT PROJECT
The homeowners had already started the remodel of their 1950’s basement when they asked us to help finish it. A finished main room was requested including a new fireplace, built in shelving and painted ceiling. We finished the demo of the space and then began putting it back together per the products selected.
Here is how we completed it:
–framed and insulated the new walls for drywall
–painted ceiling black along with the boiler pipes
–installed LVP low maintenance flooring
–selected and installed reclaimed wood for mantel & shelving
–installed new door, trim & stair carpet
The final details completed the space to now be used as a family room, exercise corner and music space.
The homeowners love the warm and inviting extended space of there ranch home!
