ABOUT PROJECT

The original DIY bathroom had an extra door to the laundry that caused all the fixtures to be on one side of the room. The homeowners wanted to know how the room be more user friendly for their young and active family of 4.
Here is how we helped:
–removed extra laundry room door (main access was already in large room)
–broke up concrete to move toilet, shower and sink drain
–installed new lighting, fresh drywall, and paint
–installed low maintenance LVT flooring in herringbone pattern
–new storage linen and vanity in limestone gray cabinetry with quartz remnant top
The new larger 48″ wide shower feels luxurious compared to the old corner one. With the rearrangement of fixtures, the room now feels larger and the users are enjoying the extra space!
