ABOUT PROJECT

Check out the video walkthrough of this space on our Instagram!

The main bath of this 1962 home was in need of an update. The existing layout wasn’t utilizing the vanity space well enough, and the room needed an aesthetic upgrade. By removing the taller storage cabinet, we were able to specify a 48” vanity cabinet, allowing for much more countertop space. The quartz remnant looks beautiful with the white cabinet!

We also replaced the flooring with an easily maintained LVP in the color Aspen Drift, as well as upgraded their shower module and plumbing fixtures.

Here are some of the other ways we helped:
– Assisted with the material selection process
– Demoed the original materials
– Updated electrical, plumbing and HVAC to code
– Replaced and repaired drywall as needed
– Prepped floor for new low-maintenance glue down LVP and installed
– Installed new brushed nickel plumbing fixtures, shower door, and accessories
– Prepped for and installed new LED mirror
– Replaced the linen closet door to better match the new design, and installed new trim and casing
