ABOUT PROJECT
The owners of this 1978 home were hoping to add a more functional and comfortable guest space to their basement.
During the space planning process, we helped them zone their basement, sectioning off one area for the bedroom and bathroom.
The bathroom ended up a nice size, with a shower module, 54″ vanity, and open shelving. LVT was selected for the floors for ease of cleaning.
In the bedroom we installed an egress window for safety and added light, as well as a closet.
