ABOUT PROJECT
The homeowners are now working from home and were looking for a place to have 2 offices and still space for a guest room in their unfinished 1995 basement.
Here is how we helped:
–enlarged window and added closet for new bedroom
–framed walls/ceiling & added electrical, drywall, painted
–installed glue down LVP flooring, doors and trim
–painted existing window & patio door
The finished space is just right for 2 desks, a workout space & a new guest bedroom.
They are loving the transformation!
