ABOUT PROJECT
The existing kitchen in this 1940 home was a small galley with an eat-in space. The homeowners requested enlarging the space by using the table space also. They were also looking for more storage and countertop space with new modern appliances.
Here is how we helped:
–remove arched wall between kitchen and eat-in space
–repair oak to maple wood flooring & refinish
–remove soffits and vermiculite found inside the walls
–update electrical & plumbing for new appliances
–install new 2 tone cabinets and quartz ctop including across window
The results have enlarged the storage space of the kitchen vertically & horizontally in the previous dine-in space. Seating can still be found in front of the large window.
What a great addition to this home!
