ABOUT PROJECT
This small main floor bathroom had been remodeled since it was built in 1926, but needed another modernization. It lacked storage, countertop space and the homeowners wanted to personalize.
Here is how we helped:
–replaced cast iron tub with shower for easy access of guests
–replaced vanity area with banjo shape countertop, deeper vanity & toilet topper
–repurposed an old door to widen door opening for code access
–incorporated homeowners Mexican tile purchase into shower wall pattern
–replaced toilet, faucet, light and medicine cabinet
The new space does a great job adding storage and countertop! The family also loves the added personal touch of the accent tile that is reflected in the rest of the room! (last 2 pix before)
