ABOUT PROJECT
The original 2000 builder grade cabinets and layout needed modernizing for the new family. The cooks often felt trapped in the kitchen when entertaining and lacked countertop space. The homeowners were also looking for modern features of slow close drawer/doors and granite tops. Other updates of a new style & color of cabinets were requested.
Here what we helped update:
–reduced half wall & opened up walkway to living room
–redesigned layout with taller wall cabinets and large island
–added features of apron sink, glass cabinet doors, larger pantry, pull out utensils
–installed new LVT flooring to meet up with existing bamboo living room floor
The new layout allows for an open and multi-cook experience. The large island is great for buffet style entertaining and will be enjoyed for years to come!
