A finished basement can created a welcome family retreat and any smaller home. This home had a dark basement that didn’t welcome any members of the family, including little ones.
- Drywall, carpet, new windows and new doors/trim transformed this unused space into a fun family recreational space.
- The original glass block windows were enlarged to accommodate operational windows and now give a sunny view
- New 6 panel oak doors match the first floor doors and bring an element of the upstairs down
- The existing oak railing now blends with the oak trim and fits right in to make this a welcoming hang out for any age
