ABOUT PROJECT
Basements are a great place to expand living space, especially as we have been using our homes more the past few months. This basement lacked features the current homeowners were looking for, as they painted and updated the other rooms of their home.
Here is how we helped:
–old carpet removed and replaced with easy maintenance glue down LVP
–new wood treads and risers were added to existing stairs
–entrance to large room was widened
–bathroom fixtures were replaced and updated
–wet bar/ kitchenette was added in corner with tile half wall
–corner TV/ storage nook was created
The vision of the space serving as a sanctuary, entertaining space or guest suite now has taken shape. What a welcoming place to spend the extra time we now have!
