ABOUT PROJECT
What a joy it has been to have this basement space while this family of 4 has been staying at home! The original 1951 basement was dark and utilitarian in design. A guest suite and family space were requested to expand the living space and welcome visiting family.
Here is what we accomplished:
–framed and dry-walled large open room for multi-use
–moved existing plumbing and duct work in ceiling/ floor as needed
–created double entry bathroom with shower
–added egress window to brighten new guest room and add safe exit
–installed new easy maintenance LVP flooring in all new spaces
This once visually challenged basement has now become a popular get a way spot for multiple family members.
They can’t wait to welcome their first guest!
