ABOUT PROJECT
This home still had the original 1926 cabinetry and layout. The current homeowners were looking to open up the space and modernize the layout. More storage and countertop space were needed but staying close to the budget was requested. The homeowner also volunteered to help with demo of room & chimney.
Here is how we helped:
–remove wall between kitchen & living room
–reframe opening and prep floor for new LVT
–install 2 tone cabinets (allow for soffit of upstairs bath)
–install custom laminate countertop with undermount sink
The new kitchen is open and now included as part of the living space. The homeowners are also enjoying the additional storage & new countertop space!
