ABOUT PROJECT
The new homeowners requested their 1955 basement be finished to match the rest of their home’s features. They were looking for a family room, guest bedroom & bathroom.
Here is how we helped:
–removed old paneling & partially built walls
–framed for new layout & added egress window
–drywalled, added new custom stained doors/trim
–added LVT flooring in bathroom & carpet
–installed vanity with Corian ctop
The new basement is great for family entertaining with a new gas fireplace insert in the TV viewing space and additional toy and craft area. The future guest room will also be a great place for visitors!
