ABOUT PROJECT
This wasn’t the first time this 1976 kitchen had been remodeled, but it was time to update again!
The homeowner liked the layout but wanted the cabinets replaced to brighten and improve organization. Since the LVT flooring was new, the layout and color needed to compliment the flooring.
Here is how we helped:
–removed existing oak cabinetry and laminate countertops
–protected the existing flooring and prepped walls
–updated electrical to add LED can lights and undercabinet lighting
–installed new painted cabinetry in Icy Avalanche gray and quartz countertops
–reused existing appliances (new metal hood)
–added subway tile backsplash with gray grout
The new kitchen is brighter with the change of cabinet color and LED lighting. New cabinetry also added many more organizing drawers and replaced open/glass cabinetry with closed in storage. The homeowners love the new feel of the space, and it goes great with the existing floor!
