ABOUT PROJECT
The homeowners of this 1979 split level home were looking to personalize their main floor kitchen & living space. The existing kitchen, formal dining, and front living room wall divisions cut down traffic flow and conversation when entertaining.
Here is what we helped change:
— open up space by removing dining room wall & soffits
–replace all flooring with LVP for easy maintenance
–new kitchen cabinets with hutch for storage and baking center
–install new Cambria quartz countertops
–matched window & door trim to existing
The new open kitchen plan has created the space the homeowner was dreaming of! The new flow and openness make the space feel larger and welcomes all who have visited.
