Finishing off the Family BASEMENT

Built in 2014, the home had an unfinished storage basement that was ready to add livable space. The homeowner requested a powder room, main family room and leftover storage. Beyond installing the framing, drywall and painting….

Here is how we additionally helped:

–installed blue dry bar cabinets with reclaimed shelves above

–selected and installed floating vanity cabinet with vessel

–custom modified pattern and stain of barn door for utility room

–added reclaimed floating shelves in corner that hides ductwork

–added storage closet in powder room & under stairs

The finished space is inviting and personalized for the young family. What a great place to spend time together!
