ABOUT PROJECT
This new 2020 duplex was prepped and ready to have the basement finished. The homeowner was excited about using the space for family to visit and as a get-a-way space. Construction details were matched to the upstairs and little touches of character were added.
Here is what we helped with:
–framed bedroom, bathroom & family room
–drywalled, painted and matched doors/trim to upstairs
–found quartz remnant for vanity top
–selected unique LVT for bath floor
–finished with plush carpet
The homeowner has just begun to find furniture to make it a special space for family/guests and to entertain. What a great way to finish off this new home!
