ABOUT PROJECT
This space went from 1998 unfinished storage to family friendly finished. The current homeowners were looking for several spaces out of the large area (powder room, bar area, workout area and TV/game viewing space).
Here is how we transformed the space:
–frame for new spaces including powder room & utility room (frame soffits)
–install lighting & plumbing as needed for new spaces
–drywall, paint and install glue down LVP flooring for easy maintenance
–custom stain stair treads/risers and install
–custom build removable stair railing and install
The new finished space is a great place for the family to hang out, watch movies, workout or enjoy a game of ping pong!
