ABOUT PROJECT
The homeowners of this 1960 ranch home wanted to finish off their storage basement. They wanted to add a bath/ bedroom suite to expand their living space. The space had challenges of a low ceiling with the ductwork, few windows and no pre-plumbing for adding the bathroom.
Here is how we helped:
–egress window installed to increase light and legal bedroom
–broke up concrete and added underground plumbing for the new bathroom
–framed for bathroom, bedroom, closet and soffits around ductwork
–drywalled, installed LVP flooring and white doors/trim
–installed vanity with quartz remnant and matching custom shelves in bathroom
The finished space is a nice bright transformation and is ready to move in!
