ABOUT PROJECT
The current homeowner was looking to add living space to their ranch home. The original 1959 unfinished basement was the perfect existing space to finally finish. A bathroom, workout, laundry, office and family room were requested.
Here is how we helped:
–designed layout, framed walls (moved gas meter)
–installed new plumbing, electrical & heating (added 3/4 bath)
–installed LVP flooring, carpeted stairs
–install solid core painted doors & trim
The homeowners are still moving into their new space and exploring all the possibilities!
