ABOUT PROJECT
The only full bath in this 1955 ranch home was dark and needed updating. The homeowner requested the room to gutted to introduce new fixtures and room finishes. The original window also needed replacing and needed to be integrated into the new design.
Here is how we helped:
–replaced tub, toilet, vanity and faucets
–replaced window with vinyl slider & added Corian surround for waterproofing
–installed new recessed medicine cabinet
–installed new LVT low maintenance flooring and door
–add LED cab light and new light fixture
Even though the space is still small, it feels brighter and updated!
