ABOUT PROJECT
The primary bath in this 1987 home had never been updated and was in need of some TLC. While the room was so small that the layout needed to stay the same, by updating each of the fixtures we were able to make a big impact!
Here is how we helped:
– Demoed original space
– Updated HVAC, plumbing, and electrical to code
– Assisted with the material selection process
– Replaced and repaired drywall as needed
– Prepped floor for new low-maintenance glue down LVT and installed (Color: Arctic Frost)
– Installed new vanity and toilet topper (Color: Icy Avalanche)
– Installed shower tile with accent design and corian corner shelves
– Installed all new plumbing fixtures and accessories in Brushed Nickel
