ABOUT PROJECT
All three baths needed updating in this 1990’s home. We started in the hall bath where the homeowners wanted to remove the seated vanity area and add a second sink. They also wanted to help the budget by keeping the existing oak window and doors.
Here is how we helped:
– removed cabinets, flooring, tub and fixtures
– updated plumbing, electrical and HVAC
– repaired drywall, painted, installed new LVT flooring
– installed new painted maple cabinets, quartz countertop and black accessories
The updated results were a great start to bring this home into the 21st century.
