ABOUT PROJECT

This 1960 basement started as two separate spaces but had the stone fireplace feature hidden in one. The new homeowner wanted to open up the space for entertaining and mixed use with a bathroom, laundry room, and wet bar.

Here is how we helped:
– removed dividing wall, reframed utility room access, and closed in old door for shelves
– drywalled, painted, and installed LVP low maintenance flooring
– installed cabinets, countertops, and custom built reclaimed wood shelving for fireplace
– finished off details of lighting bath, bar, and laundry plumbing

The finished space is now enjoyable for entertaining during sporting events or friendly gatherings. It is amazing how open and bright the basement is now that the natural light can pour in!
