ABOUT PROJECT
We are excited to announce that we won a local Madison NARI CotY award this week!
The project was a fun basement project that had many unexpected challenges to get to the final product! The homeowner requested to remodel/update the basement in this 1940 home. The previous DIY remodel needed to be opened up and brightened.
Here is what we helped with:
–remove walls to open up basement
–rearranged bathroom to enlarge shower
–enlarge bar & add beverage fridge
–move HVAC, plumbing & electrical for new layout
–use applied molding on new shorter doors to match upstairs
The final space is brighter and more open than the previous. Now the space reflects the new owner’s style & activities!
