ABOUT PROJECT
This 1976 ranch home had a floor plan that didn’t function for the new homeowners. The rooms were all closed off with access from a long hall way. The formal dining room was at the opposite end of the front entry and the kitchen was closed off between the dining room & living room. They requested it be modernized by opening it up.
Here is how we helped:
–designed and laid out new floor plans to homeowners expectations
–removed interior walls to change layout & flow of traffic
–shorted basement walls to open up main rooms
–moved electrical, plumbing, HVAC as needed for new spaces
–install new finishes of drywall, flooring, lighting, cabinetry
The drastic change of floor plan is just what the homeowners needed! They are loving the openness for entertaining as well as daily life!
