The kitchen in this 1964 home was in need of a refresh both in form and function. The original design was lacking countertop space, storage, and modern amenities. By moving the location of the fridge and sink, we were able to add a dishwasher and gain that desired countertop space. We also helped by adding pantry storage near the new fridge location.
Here is how we helped:
– Reworked cabinet layout, adding a dishwasher and pantry cabinetry
– Guided homeowners through the material selection process
– Updated electrical, plumbing and HVAC in preparation for the new kitchen fixtures
– Prepped and leveled floor, installed new LVT tile flooring
– Installed new cabinetry (Kemper in Maple Sahara), countertops (Quartz, Mackinaw), appliances, and plumbing
– Completed final details, such as cabinet handles and backsplash (Verano White)
What an upgrade! The homeowners are loving their new space!
