ABOUT PROJECT
The unfinished basement of this 2014 home was the perfect space for the family to expand. They requested an office, workout area, bathroom, wet bar and large entertaining space.
Here is how we helped:
–framed the space for the new spaces & closed in the stairs
–break up concrete to add wet bar and move toilet for vanity & linen
–added plumbing, electrical and HVAC
–drywall, paint, LVP glue down flooring
–cabinetry, quartz countertops, doors & trim
The basement is now a great place for work and entertainment! They also enjoy the special additions of a reclaimed wood post cover & bar shelves.
