ABOUT PROJECT
The 1977 basement didn’t offer the functions that the current young family was needing. A family room with basement guest room & bath were required. A wet bar was also something requested for the new layout.
Here is what we changed:
–removed existing walls & drop ceiling
–framed new to expand into unfinished space
–added egress window & bath/bar plumbing
–installed custom tile pattern & LVP flooring
–selected Mid Century influenced fixtures
The resulting Mid Century inspired space now is used for family movie nights, extended family visits and hang out for the youngest members!
