ABOUT PROJECT
Turning an unfinished basement into a family flex room is a great way to increase a home’s living space! This young family saw the potential of a family toy room & work out room in their 2017 unfinished basement.
Here is how we helped:
–finish framing for 2 rooms
–finish electrical & add heating & sound deadening
–Drywalled, painted & installed low maintenance LVP flooring
–completed with doors, trim & carpet on stairs
The final space continues the upstairs details into the new family flex room and makes it look like has always been here!
