ABOUT PROJECT
The original builder bathrooms in this 1993 home were looking tired and a water leak had caused the basement bath to lose the drywall ceiling. It was time to remodel all three in stages so at least one could be in use during process.
Here is what changed:
Master bath, Basement bath & Hall guest bath=
–each received a different size vanity, hall bath is navy blue
–all received a different LVT floor, new trim & existing doors painted white
–each has a different quartz remnant to give it unique character
Basement bath=
–new shower module & drywall repair
Hall guest bath=
–new tub & Corian surround with corner shelves
–brushed gold cabinet handles were complimented with gold framed mirror
The updated result brightens, modernizes, and personalizes each bath for the new owners. They are great spaces to use for years to come!
