ABOUT PROJECT
The attic space in this 1925 bungalow had previously been remodeled to add a primary suite and primary bathroom, but the layout was underutilizing square footage, and needed a rework.
One concern was the step-up to the toilet, which we fixed by raising the entrance to the entire room. The final result is much more functional.
By making the footprint of the shower smaller and moving the vanity location, we were able to make room for more amenities! The final space now has a freestanding tub, a walk-in shower, and a double vanity, with room to spare.
