ABOUT PROJECT
The owners of this 1974 home could see a lot of potential in their basement but weren’t sure where to start. The primary goal was to open up the space so that it could be used as a flex-space in the future and better suited for their children to host friends. By updating the floor plan and finishes, and adding a wet-bar, we were able to transform this basement into a bright, inviting hang-out spot!
Check out the before and after video on our Instagram!
Here is how we helped:
– Installed new maple cabinets in Buckskin stain, designed layout to fit a future microwave and drink fridge
– Installed new corian countertops in the color Canyon
– Updated electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
– Installed LED wafer lights throughout
– Installed new doors and trim throughout space
– Reworked and updated stair railing design
– Prepped floor and installed carpet throughout
The homeowners are loving the new, open, and brightened feel of their basement!
