ABOUT PROJECT

The new homeowners liked having a master bathroom, but the room’s arrangement didn’t work for their lifestyle. They rarely used the tub, the shower was small and the biggest problem was the tight squeeze when using the left hand vanity sink. Since the adjacent room’s closet stole space from the master, there were challenges to work around:

  • The closet was moved
  • The tub removed
  • The toilet found a new home, the original toilet space could now be used toward a larger shower
  • The vanity sinks were shifted away from the entrance with a large linen
  • A pocket door replaced the swing door

The wonderful result in rearranging the floor plan is lots of great storage and a larger feel in the same square footage. Sometimes it just takes creativity to get the results you are looking for!
