ABOUT PROJECT
This young family was looking for a play/ family area in the unfinished basement of their 2016 home. It was originally prepped to add a bathroom when built but was just a large unfinished room.
Here is how we helped:
–framed space for large play room & bathroom
–add decorative half wall & ledge
–added lighting, drywall and carpet to finish
–added shower, vanity, fixtures to create bathroom
–decorative boards added to create wainscoting
The final space has provided a wonderful space for TV watching and playing the family is now enjoying!
