ABOUT PROJECT
The homeowners of this newly built 2021 duplex wanted to complete their basement to include a bathroom & sitting space. They wanted it to also reflect the contemporary style of the upstairs.
Here is how we helped:
–framed the bathroom, living space & cut in extra bathroom door to existing bedroom
–rough trades, drywall & paint
–installed LVT flooring, vanity & remnant top in bathroom
–installed doors & trim to match existing
–installed fireplace & decorative tile on front
–finished space with carpet that matched the hall
The final space is a great place for the homeowner to display their art & wood sculptures!
