ABOUT PROJECT
This new 2021 home had a partially finished basement, however the owners needed a couple extra spaces. They requested a workout room & personal office to be carved out of the basement space, but made to look like it was always there.
Here is how we helped:
–pulled back the existing carpet to reuse & framed the new walls
–sound deadened the 2 new spaces, added electrical, drywalled & painted
–installed low maintenance glue down LVP flooring & matched doors to existing
–a pocket door was added in the office to hide furnace & we framed around HVAC as needed
The new workout room & office are perfect additions for the homeowners and look just like they were built with the home!
