The judging is complete and we are happy to inform you that Time 2 Remodel^® with team members Gerhards The Kitchen and Bath Store and Statz and Sons LLC has been named 2016 CotY Regional Winner for Basement Under $50,000, Region 3 North Central!

The judges commented on the high quality of the projects submitted in the CotY program and they were very impressed with the innovation NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry) members presented this year.
