Time 2 Remodel® was awarded 2nd place by the Wisconsin/Upper Michigan chapter of NKBA (National Kitchen & Bath Association). The bath project was recognized for its design, presentation and how it followed the needs and wants of the homeowner.
“This young couple was looking for something functional yet unique and fun for their 1920’s home. The wall hung sink looked too institutional for the couple and after much planning a custom curvilinear banjo top was created. The result was an adequate sink space and much needed countertop space. This shape created a fun play between the repeated grid of the wall tile and the curved natural flow of the top. A nod to the history or character of the home can be found in 3×6 glossy subway tile in the shower and in the natural Carrara marble octagon floor tile (a traditional shape and material). The final design adds function, storage and fun!”
